The default location of Genesis Entry Header, which includes Page Title and Post Meta, is inside the Site Inner which has a specified width in the Genesis Sample Theme.<\/p>\n

However, if you want to make your Genesis Entry Header full-width, you will have to move it outside the Site Inner.<\/p>\n

In this post, I will share code to show you how to reposition the Genesis Entry Header below Site Header, making it full-width with a background color to help it stand out from the content.<\/p>\n

Let’s assume you want a full-width Entry Header both in pages as well as posts. If you want to do it otherwise, you will need to use conditionals, which I will discuss is another post.<\/p>\n

So, here’s the code to remove entry header from its usual location in Genesis Sample theme and display it below Site Header.<\/p>\n
